STAND UP Training & Action Summit-2014 [TAS-14]: Bullying Prevention
Taking Action for the New Year
This October 17, middle and high school students and teachers from across New Hampshire will come together at Manchester Community College in Manchester, New Hampshire for an elite two-hour training session to take a stand against all forms of bullying.
On October 17th, we invite you to join with the STAND UP 2014 Community Coalition, consisting of prominent national and community-based organizations including: The Browne Center for Innovative Learning, The Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center (MARC) and the local organizations in standing up to bullying. We hope your school will take part in this very important program

THE STAND UP Training & Action Summit-2014:
During the two hours students will exchange ideas and approached for dealing with bullying in their schools and communities. There will be 125 students and teachers in each session. The students and teachers will engage in break-out sessions facilitated by experts from the University of New Hampshire's Browne Center for Innovative Learning and from the Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center (MARC) of Bridgewater State University.
The break-out sessions will allow students to identify the challenges within their schools and communities and help them create and share student led programming & strategies with their peers.
