STAND UP 2013 New Hampshire has been created to educate, motivate and empower young people to stand up to bullying and bullies and to help create a culture of non-tolerance for this behavior. STAND UP 2013 New Hampshire empowers youth to actively promote positive social change in their schools and communities.
Who Should Attend?
All youth in grades 7-12 are invited to attend STAND UP 2013 New Hampshire as a member of a school or organization. Schools may send up to 60 people (one adult/teacher for every 5 youth is recommended). Teams should reflect diversity in gender, ethnicity, race, religion, interest, etc.

Tickets:
Admittance to STAND UP 2013 New Hampshire is by ticket only. Tickets will be mailed to you as soon as all registration materials are received. Anyone planning to attend must register. Youth must attend the event as part of a school or organization’s team. Tickets are limited and available on a first come, first serve basis.
Cost:
The event is FREE of charge.
Food:
Students will not be permitted to bring food inside the Whittemore Center. The concession stands at the Whittemore Center will be open for food to purchase. If students want to bring lunch, they will need to leave food on the bus.
Dress:
Participants should dress as they would to attend school.

Transportation & Parking:
Participants must provide their own transportation. Parking is available at the Whittemore Center at the University of New Hampshire for ALL events. Lots are conveniently located right next to the facility just steps from the front door!
Parking for cars is NOT provided. Parking rates may vary depending on the event.
Bus and van parking is FREE of charge and will be provided. Buses and vans must be registered on your Team Registration Form! This information must be provided in advance or we will be unable to accommodate your bus/van. Once registered, you will received specific instructions for your bus or van driver. If you have school bus parking questions, please call (617) 912-3868.

Schools may send up to 5 people per team (one adult/teacher for each team of up to four youth). Teams should reflect diversity in gender, ethnicity, race, religion, interest, etc. Schools may send up to 3 teams.
