A Stand Up Award was presented to the Robert Adams Middle School in Holliston for their anti-bullying program which reaches beyond the doors of the school. Their Bullying Prevention and Intervention Committee has implemented policies, and analyzed evaluations/surveys.

Prospect Hill Academy Charter School Gay-Straight Alliance produced a PSA about anti-bullying. The GSA has also created curriculum-based lessons for grades 7-12 about creating a safe school environment that are being led by their students.
The Stand Up Award was presented to Lynn English High School for their anti-bullying program. LEHS has developed award winning anti-bullying videos, a successful Peer Mentoring program and a Friends of Rachel club to create an atmosphere of acceptance for all students.
Haverhill Public Schools Violence Intervention and Prevention team (VIP) created public service announcements that aired on local television, initiated open discussions about bullying and created mentor/peer support groups and programs and lessons at the schools.

Over 4,000 students and educators attended Stand Up 2011 to help combat bullying behavior in the schools and communities throughout Massachusetts.

Over 25 organizations and schools from Massachusetts set up a tables in the Best Practices Exhibition Area to showcase their programs. Students and educators were able to visit the different exhibits and take information back to their schools.
